Orders are processed via the British Fantasy Society online store - the follow T&C's apply.
Credit Cards
Credit Card Processing is administered on our behalf via Worldpay Plc on their secure server. The BFS and Bradan Press will not be sent details of your credit card. If your credit card is refused by Worldpay we will contact you to inform you so alternative arrangements can be made.
Dispatch of Goods
We aim to dispatch all goods within 14 days of receipt of the order or stated availability date. Should there be a delay in dispatch, we will inform you of the delay and a new dispatch time.
Cancellation of orders.
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of making that order. Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, due to the wrong item, or a damaged item being sent to you, please return it, along with any accompanying paperwork, within 10 days of receiving it. We will send you a replacement item.
Also, please email us to inform us that you wish to return the item and why.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of
Bradan Press. In the unlikely event that goods are dispatched in poor condition, refunds or replacements can be given upon the return of the goods to us.
Should you cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched, we will issue a full refund via the payment method used. (ie. to the credit card you used)
Refunds will be given within 30 days.

Should you have any complaint about any aspect of the online ordering process, please email us and we'll endeavour to resolve your problem.

In line with the Data Protection Act (1988) we will ensure that any information provided by you remains confidential and will not be passed on to other companies, agencies or similar groups or individuals unless prior consent is given by you.
